Christopher Long

Christopher Long is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in the homebuilding industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance at PulteGroup since June 2019, Christopher provides strategic financial leadership for the Southeast Florida Division, focusing on financial reporting, forecasting, acquisition modeling, and cash flow management. Previously, Christopher held similar roles as Vice President of Finance at Taylor Morrison and KB Home Corporation, contributing to the success of their divisions through comprehensive financial oversight. Early career roles include partner at RCO Advisors, Division President at Richmond American Homes, Regional VP of Finance/CFO, and President of The LTBF Group. Christopher Long holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and received foundational training from Pulte Home Corporation and Price Waterhouse.
