Christy Richardson

Christy Richardson is an experienced technology executive currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at PulteGroup, a position held since 2017, alongside a role as VP of Software Development & Digital Experiences at Pulte Financial Services. Prior to this, Christy held the position of SVP, CIO & Strategy at Mercy Housing from 2011 to June 2017, and served as VP of Applications at Pulte Mortgage from 2005 to 2011. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant at KPMG, Luminant Worldwide Corporation, and Covansys, where Christy contributed to strategy consulting and IT services for various industries. Christy holds a BA from the University of Oklahoma and has pursued further education at the University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business, UCLA Extension, and MIT Sloan School of Management.
