Keith Postal

Keith Postal is an experienced professional in land acquisition and corporate operations, currently serving as Director of Land Acquisition at AMH since March 2021 and Regional Vice President for Land Acquisition at Kolter Homes since July 2019. Previous roles include Director of Corporate Operations at IMIC Hotels from January 2013 to January 2019, and Broker in the Land Services Group at CB Richard Ellis between July 2006 and January 2013. Keith Postal also held the position of Regional Manager at Lennar from 2004 to 2006, overseeing land acquisition and development with profit and loss responsibility across six markets in North and South Carolina. Keith Postal earned a BS in Finance/Real Estate from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
