Kevin Henry

Kevin A. Henry serves as Executive Vice President & Chief People Officer at PulteGroup, focusing on fostering a positive workplace culture that encourages authenticity and teamwork while meeting business goals. In addition, Kevin holds a position on the Board of Directors at Saia Inc., contributing to strategic planning for shareholder value. Previously, Kevin has led human resources and organizational culture initiatives at BlueLinx Corporation, Extended Stay America, Snyder's-Lance, Coca-Cola Consolidated, and Nationwide Credit & Collection, with a strong emphasis on employee engagement and development. Kevin began their career in human resources at Office Depot and has also held roles at The Clorox Company and PepsiCo. Educationally, Kevin completed a certificate program at Harvard Business School and earned a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University ILR School.
