Customer Care Manager

Simpson Leung is a seasoned customer care professional currently serving as the Customer Care Manager at PulteGroup since February 2021, recognized as the Las Vegas Division Customer Care Manager of the Year in 2023. Prior to this role, Simpson gained valuable experience in the hospitality industry, holding the position of In Room Dining Manager at Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts from August 2018 to August 2020, and at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group from July 2017 to August 2018.
