Jan Vossen is an experienced development professional with a diverse background in program development and management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Expert in Programme Development at PUM Netherlands Senior Experts since December 2017, Jan is focused on implementing programmatic approaches and advancing women's cooperatives in Morocco's argan oil sector. Prior roles include Technical Advisor and Country Director at Oxfam International, where Jan led initiatives in water resource management and program unification in Zimbabwe. Jan has also held significant positions with Oxfam Novib, Jan Vossen Consult, and Fair Trade Original, alongside a notable tenure at SNV, where Jan managed development aid and capacity-building initiatives across Southern Africa and beyond. Jan holds a Master's degree in Human Geography from Radboud University.
