Laetitia Matrion

Laetitia Matrion has extensive experience in financial control and pricing within the construction materials industry. Currently serving as a Contrôleur de gestion at PUM - SGDB France since October 2013, Laetitia is responsible for budgeting, monthly reporting, and performance indicators, as well as business plan development. Previously, as Price Manager at Pum Plastiques, responsibilities included managing pricing for a diverse portfolio of products and conducting statistical analyses to support budget meetings. Laetitia also held roles at Saint-Gobain Distribution Bâtiment France and MicroStrategy, focusing on pricing analysis and business intelligence, respectively. Early career experience included supply chain management at Moet et Chandon. Laetitia holds a DEUG in Economie et Gestion and a Master 2 in Statistique pour l'Evaluation et la Prospective from Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne.
