Gordon Esplin

Gordon Esplin has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Gordon currently holds the position of Chief Accounting Officer at Puma Biotechnology, Inc. since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Finance at the same company from October 2020 to July 2021.

Before joining Puma Biotechnology, Inc., Esplin served as the Corporate Controller at MX.com from March 2015 to August 2020. Gordon also held the role of VP Finance and Principal Accounting Officer at Amedica Corporation from March 2007 to January 2015, where they played a crucial role in the company's IPO process and managed capital raising activities.

Earlier in their career, Esplin worked at NPS Pharmaceuticals as the Corporate Controller, Director of Financial Planning, Analysis and Budgeting, and SOX Manager. Gordon was responsible for preparing financial statements and managing SEC filings.

Esplin began their career as an Auditor at Arthur Andersen, LLP, where they gained experience in detailed audit testing procedures and financial statement analysis. Gordon later worked as an Audit Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, serving clients in the technology industry.

Throughout their career, Esplin has showcased their expertise in financial management, SEC reporting, investor relations, budgeting, forecasting, and audit.

Gordon Esplin holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Utah State University. Gordon also obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Business Information Systems & Education from the same university. Additionally, they are a Certified Public Accountant, which they obtained from the UACPA in January 2014.
