Amy Coburn is a seasoned legal professional with a robust background in corporate law. Currently serving as Group Legal Counsel at Puma Capital Group since May 2023, Amy previously held the position of Senior Associate at Taylor Wessing UK from June 2014 to May 2023, specializing in a wide array of corporate matters including private and public M&A, IPOs, secondary fundraisings, and corporate reorganizations with an international focus. Prior to that, Amy was a Trainee and then an Associate at Faegre Baker Daniels LLP from September 2010 to June 2014, where involvement included private M&A transactions and corporate advice across various sectors. Amy holds an LPC from BPP Law School and a Bachelor of Laws - LLB from the University of Birmingham.
