Annika Belzer

Annika Belzer is an experienced customer service professional with a strong background in eCommerce and internal sales. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager for eCommerce Europe at PUMA Group since August 2021, Annika previously held various roles at Loparex, including Customer Service Manager Europe and Team Lead Internal Sales, between 2017 and 2021. Annika's career began at Infiana Germany GmbH & Co KG, where a trainee program was completed alongside studies at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, culminating in a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Additionally, Annika holds a qualification as an Industrial Business Management Assistant from Staatliche Berufsschule Forchheim.
