Jerome Rouch-Sirech

Jerome Rouch-Sirech is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail, e-commerce, and international business consultancy. From June 2016 to December 2023, Jerome held senior leadership roles at PUMA Group, including Senior Director Retail & Ecom and Director Retail & Ecom. Prior to PUMA, Jerome served as Regional Director & International Business Consultant for Pramex International, where responsibilities included launching the Indian subsidiary and advising on market entry strategies for European companies. Earlier career highlights include a Marketing Manager position at L'Oréal for Vichy Laboratoires in India, as well as various roles at Société Générale focusing on client strategy and operations in EMEA. Jerome holds an MBA from INSEAD and an Ontological Coaching Certification from The Coach Partnership.
