Roberto Nogaró has been working in the marketing and communications field since 2004. From 2004 to 2007, they were a Brand Manager at Molinos Rio de la Plata, responsible for budget management, creation of marketing plans, and launching the Quesabores.com website. From 2007 to 2009, they were the Chief Marketing Manager at Club Med, responsible for the annual marketing budget, negotiations and relationships with media and creativity agencies, and generation of the marketing plan for the region. From 2009 to 2010, they were the Responsible Online, Creativity and Media for Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay (Platinum) CIM. Country Internet Manager for Platinum region at Philips Lighting. From 2010 to 2012, they were the Marketing & Commercial Manager at ALG Sport Center, responsible for agreements with sponsors, annual marketing plan and brand position development, and new business development. From 2012 to 2013, they were the Marketing Grouper for Pharmaton, Bisolvon and Mucosolvan at Boehringer Ingelheim, responsible for the annual marketing plan and positioning of the brand, ATL, BTL, PR and Online actions of the brands, and the annual marketing budget. From 2014 to 2017, they were the Head of Branding & Communication Cono Sur at Bayer CropScience, responsible for Communications ATL, Media, BTL, Press, Events & Online of all Bayer CropScience, MKT Budget, Communication strategy design and execution, and negotiations and relationship with the media & creativity agencies. From 2017 to 2022, they were the Associate Partner at iTalent Connection, responsible for Marketing & Commercial Management, negotiation & special agreements, client-oriented & strategic planning, internal & external communication, and coaching and supervision of recruitment team. Currently, they are the Head of Marketing at Puna Bio and the Campaign Manager for Latin America & The Caribbean at Smile Train, a cleft-focused organization providing training, funding, and resources to empower local medical professionals.

Roberto Nogaró has a long history of education, beginning with a Bachiller Bilingue from Godspell College (San Isidro) from 1991 to 1998. Roberto then obtained a Licenciado in Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires from 1999 to 2004. In 2008 and 2009, they attended IAE Business School and earned a Brand Strategy and Innovation degree in Marketing. In 2013, they completed a Posgrado en Management Integral de Negocios Digitales - MIND - Digital Business from Universidad de 'San Andrés'\u200b. In 2015, they completed a Marketing Specialization Program from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. In 2016, they obtained a Postgraduate in Senior Management in Agrobusiness and Food from the University of Buenos Aires. Finally, in 2018, they completed a Digital Marketing Inmersion from Digital House.
