Cllr Mark Leech Fbii

Cllr Mark Leech FBII is an experienced operations manager currently serving Punch Pubs & Co as the Operations Manager for Hampshire and the Isle of Wight since August 2022. Simultaneously, Cllr Leech holds the position of Borough Councillor for Andover Millway with Test Valley Borough Council since May 2023 and is an Executive Council Member for the North West Hampshire Conservative Association since June 2021. Involved in local governance, Cllr Leech has also been a Director at Andover BID since September 2020 and was an approved council candidate for the Conservative Party in the Andover Millway Ward from June 2019 to May 2023. Prior to these roles, Cllr Leech accumulated extensive experience at Marston's PLC in various managerial positions from August 2005 to August 2022, along with prior roles in catering management at Blue Diamond Group and InterContinental Hotels Group, starting from 2001. Educationally, Cllr Leech has pursued studies in Computing and Business at Keele University and NUL College.
