Ian Walsh

Ian Walsh is an experienced Acquisition Manager with a demonstrated history of working in commercial property development and acquisitions. Currently at Punch Pubs & Co since September 2022, Ian previously held the position of Senior Acquisitions Consultant at Lidl GB from January 2019 to September 2022, where responsibilities included comprehensive management of the new supermarket development process in the West Midlands. With a significant tenure at Colliers International UK from September 2009 to December 2018, Ian served as Associate Director in the Birmingham Licensed & Leisure team, as well as in roles such as Senior Surveyor and Surveyor, focusing on appraising properties within the licensed sector. Earlier experience includes a role in business development at Bowdena Limited, overseeing operations at the Beatles-themed Hard Days Night Hotel. Ian holds a Master of Science in Commercial Property Development from Liverpool John Moores University and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Business Studies from The University of Salford.
