Jessica Orton

Jessica Orton has extensive experience in retail and operations management, currently serving as an Operations Admin Assistant at Punch (Taverns) since June 2016. In this position, Jessica manages holiday requests and concessions for publicans and oversees orders for fixtures and fittings. Prior to this role, Jessica was a Store Manager and later a Sales Team Leader at New Look, where responsibilities included achieving KPI targets, managing payroll budgets, and maintaining stock presentation on the shop floor. Jessica's career began with Arcadia Group Ltd at Topshop, and educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Criminology from Birmingham City University, obtained between 2011 and 2014.
