Alec Werning

Alec Werning has a range of work experience in various engineering roles. In 2014, they worked as a Student Researcher at the Mayo Clinic. In 2016, they served as a Corporate Engineering Intern at Quadion LLC / Minnesota Rubber and Plastics. The following year, in 2017, they worked as an Engineering Intern at Polaris Industries. From 2018 to 2020, they held the position of Mechanical Design Engineer at the University of Minnesota. In 2020, they became a Mechatronics Design Engineer at The Toro Company, where they worked until 2021. Currently, since October 2021, they are serving as an Embedded Software Engineer at Punch Through.

Alec Werning completed their undergraduate education at the University of Minnesota from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree. During their undergraduate studies, they also pursued a Product Design Minor at the University of Minnesota, although the specific start and end years for this minor are not provided.
