Rachel Birdseye

Rachel Birdseye has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Rachel started their career in 2012 as a Training Coordinator at Romano's Macaroni Grill and then worked as a Guest Relations Specialist at FOCUS Brands from 2014 to 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Freebirds World Burrito, where they held roles such as Guest Relations Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator, and Marketing Specialist. Rachel then joined Punchh in 2017 and held multiple positions, including Customer Success Manager, Senior Customer Success Manager, Account Director, Director of Customer Success, Senior Director of Customer Success, and Senior Director of Customer Success Operations. Currently, they are working at PAR Technology as a Sales Account Manager.

Rachel Birdseye attended Turpin High School from 2000 to 2004. Rachel then attended Clemson University from 2004 to 2008, focusing on Spanish and International Trade.
