Min Alexander

Min Alexander is CEO and co-founder of PunchListUSA, the first online real estate platform digitizing home inspections to automate estimates and online ordering for repairs and life cycle services.

Over the past decade, Min has been driving digital disruption to democratize real estate. She has led three national B2B2C platforms, national field operations and created a top-10 U.S. brokerage, transforming the industry to increase access, quality and transparency in the real estate and mortgage life cycles.

Min started her career as a financial services strategist at Andersen Consulting (Accenture). Prior to joining PunchListUSA, Min served as GM and COO for Auction.com, a Thomas H. Lee Partners company and the nation’s leading marketplace for residential real estate. She also served as CEO and President of REALHome Services and Solutions and as SVP of Real Estate Services at Altisource Portfolio Solutions (NASDAQ: ASPS). Min brings 20 years of experience as a real estate entrepreneur, technology executive and private equity fund manager.

With a focus on automation, scaled platform development and advanced data science applications, she has built and led high performing teams in the U.S., Europe and Asia to drive strategic and operational transformations for high growth companies.

Min holds a BA from Duke University and MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She serves on the board of UNC Honors Carolina and has served on the boards of the Cambridge Health Alliance and the National Association of Women in Real Estate Businesses.
