Farooq Ahmed

Farooq Ahmed is a Deputy Director Outreach and Dissemination at Punjab Irrigation Department. He is a senior strategic communications specialist responsible for developing and implementing communications and farmer outreach policies. Farooq has a Master's degree in Development Studies from the University of Melbourne and also holds a Master's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of the Punjab. He has a diverse background working in various NGOs and organizations, where he has managed communication policies, developed ad campaigns, and trained field operatives. Farooq has extensive experience in managing education and poverty alleviation programs, advocacy programs, and community outreach initiatives.
