Melissa Farley

Melissa Farley, PharmD, is a seasoned executive in the healthcare industry with extensive experience in provider solutions and clinical strategy. Currently serving as the Vice President of Provider Solutions and Experience at Evolent since July 2024, Melissa also holds the position of Denver Chapter President at Punks & Pinstripes and President of Tauri Health Solutions, LLC, both starting in February 2024. Prior roles include Division Vice President at Evergreen Nephrology, Director of Practice Strategy and Services at Novartis, and Director of Clinical Product Go To Market at Humana. Melissa's prior experience also encompasses senior leadership roles at DaVita Kidney Care and Walgreens Boots Alliance. Educational qualifications include a Pharm.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago, a BS in Communication from Southern Illinois University, and a pharmacy residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
