Alan Morahan

Alan is Chief Commercial Officer at Punter Southall Aspire, where he was previously Managing Director of the Employee Benefits Consulting practice. He has been in the financial services industry since 1987.

As well as his managerial responsibilities, Alan has been responsible for the development of many new business accounts for Punter Southall, working from the initial contact stage through to the successful implementation of a full range of services. His key skills lie in being able to gain a thorough understanding of the client’s objectives, constructing a solution to meet those objectives and in particular, the communication of the package to employees, which leads to understanding, trust and appreciation.

He has also taken the lead in developing their in-house mental health and wellbeing program, called By your side, which focuses on a different topic each month.

Alan contributes to seminars, webinars and publications on many related subjects, as well as helping to deliver training sessions through recognized industry bodies.
