Greg Phillips has extensive work experience in customer service and operations management. Greg has held various director positions in companies such as Pura. Eco-Friendly Baby Care, CUSTOMER ADVOCATES LIMITED, HomeServe, Virgin Money, Brookson, Bank of America, and MBNA EUROPE FINANCE LIMITED. Throughout their career, Greg has been responsible for overseeing customer experience delivery, credit card operations, customer activation, retention, and loyalty, as well as managing new business sales. Greg has also focused on transforming the customer experience and driving customer retention. Greg's expertise spans across multiple industries, with a particular emphasis on the financial and customer service sectors.

Greg Phillips attended Northumbria University from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Economics.
