Dane Thomas

Dane Thomas has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries. Dane is currently working at Pura as the Sr. Director of Data. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Planning and BI at Pura. Before joining Pura, Dane worked at Cricut as the Sr. Manager of Demand Planning & Sales Operations, where they implemented an automated demand planning system and introduced supply chain reporting and metrics through automation and business intelligence. Dane also served as the Sr. Manager of Global Demand Planning at Younique Products. Earlier in their career, Dane held the position of Manager of Field Mobility/Technology at My Alarm Center, where they were responsible for designing and improving field mobility tools, as well as evaluating and improving inventory control, planning, and procurement. Before that, they worked at Vivint as the Master Scheduler/Demand Planning Manager and Operations Manager. At Vivint, they recruited and trained employees, developed an inventory system, and achieved significant improvements in service call backs and lost equipment. Dane's early experience includes working as a Loan Officer at Utah Community Credit Union, where they assisted members with their financial transactions and loan applications. Dane Thomas completed their Master's Degree in Master of Science in Analytics (MSA) from Villanova University from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2010, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics with a minor in Spanish from Utah Valley University.

In addition to their academic achievements, Dane also obtained a Private Pilot License from the Federal Aviation Administration in April 2008.
