Michael Fourkas

Mr. Fourkas is a medical devices executive with over thirty years of experience in Fortune 500 device/ diagnostic companies and venture-backed startups. He graduated with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University. Mr. Fourkas has 15 patents issued and over 20 pending. He started his career as a Project Manager at Guidant – EndoVascular Technologies, and later became R&D Manager at Boston Scientific — CryoVascular Systems. Mr. Fourkas held executive R&D roles at Avantis Medical Systems, MyoScience, Karyna (sold to Gemini Interventional Technologies), LapIQ, HeadSense Medical, and TheraDep Technologies.
