KHAI D Q NGUYEN

KHAI D Q NGUYEN has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2009 as a Researcher at the National Key Laboratory Polymer and Composites Materials in Vietnam. In 2010, they took on the role of Technical Manager's Assistant at Bomanite International Group-Vietnam. In 2012, they joined Nanoco Technologies Ltd as a Research Associate, developing strategies and methodologies to incorporate Cadmium-free Quantum Dots into polymeric matrices. KHAI D Q was also appointed Project Manager (Resin/Film). In 2017, they took on two roles at Queen Mary University of London, first as a Postdoctoral Research Associate and then as a KTP Postdoctoral Research Associate. In the same year, they also worked as a Materials Formulation Scientist at Sugru/FormFormForm Ltd. In 2021, they joined Puraffinity as a Senior Product Development Scientist.

KHAI D Q NGUYEN has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biomaterials from Queen Mary University of London, obtained between 2013 and 2017. KHAI D Q also holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Polymer and Polymer Composite Science and Engineering from The University of Sheffield, obtained between 2010 and 2011. Theireducational background is completed by a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Polymeric Materials from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, obtained between 2005 and 2010. KHAI D Q NGUYEN also holds certifications in Chartered Chemist from the Royal Society of Chemistry (obtained in February 2021), Intellectual Property Rights from GA Training :: GA Contract & Commercial, and PRINCE2® Practitioner in Project Management from PeopleCert.
