Currently serving as the Director of Quality and Regulatory Compliance and previously as the Director of Operations at Purafil, Inc., Maria possesses a robust background in global quality management and supplier quality engineering from roles held at The Carlstar Group. Early career experiences include customer service positions at Scotiabank and Walmart, as well as teaching ESL at Yes Centre, where creative teaching methods were developed to meet diverse student needs. Maria's technical foundation was established with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Rafael Urdaneta, complemented by an internship at PEQUIVEN, where skills in process analysis and efficiency calculation were honed.
