Barry Thrutchley

Barry Thrutchley is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as VP HR and US CHRO at Puratos, Barry has previously held significant positions at Nestlé, including Vice President of Human Resources for both Nestlé and Nestlé Waters North America, in addition to various HR leadership roles. Experience also includes Sr. HR Operations Manager at EMC Corp. and positions at Lucent Technologies, where Barry was involved in HR business partnership and recruiting strategy. Barry possesses advanced educational credentials, holding an M.S. in Human Resource Management from Texas A&M University and a B.A. in Business Administration from Graceland University.
