Karina Ude

Karina Ude is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in talent management, organizational development, and diversity and inclusion across various industries in Latin America. Currently serving as the HR VP for South & Central America at Puratos, Ude has held significant roles at Syngenta, including HR Director and HR Global Director, where leadership in people and organization development was key. Previous positions at Skanska and Robert Bosch involved overseeing talent acquisition and management. Ude began their career with an HR internship at Vale and holds an MBA in Business from Ibmec, complemented by further education at Adigo.
