Mai Long

Mai Long has developed a diverse background in various engineering and research roles. Currently, an Engineer in sourdough fermentation at Puratos, Mai has also worked as an Ingénieure en R&D Biotechnologies at SAVENCIA. Additional experience includes serving as an Assistant chercheur at Chalmers University of Technology and contributing to a project at Brioche Pasquier focused on bibliographic research. Early administrative experience was gained at the Mairie de Sainte Geneviève des Bois as an Agent administratif.
