Asha D Gowda

Asha D Gowda is a finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and group consolidation. Currently serving as Manager-Corporate Finance at Puravankara Limited since January 2023, Asha has previously held positions at Himatsingka Seide Limited as Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager in Finance (Group Consolidation) from October 2019 to December 2022. Asha began a career in finance as a Paid Assistant at B D Mohta and Associates Company Secretaries and interned as an Article Assistant at Mohan & Sridhar Chartered Accountants. Asha holds a Chartered Accountancy degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and is a CS Executive graduate from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Education also includes completion of 12th Std in Commerce at MES PU College of Arts, Commerce and Science.
