Policarp Dsouza

Policarp Dsouza has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Policarp started their career as a Human Resources Officer at Hical Technologies Pvt Ltd in 2000 and worked there until 2005. Policarp then joined Brigade Enterprises Ltd. Bangalore as a Senior Human Resources Manager from 2005 to 2007. In 2016, they took on the role of Head of Human Resources at Salarpuria Sattva, where they worked until 2018. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Human Capital & Admin at Puravankara Limited, a position they have held since September 2018.

Policarp Dsouza completed a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a specialization in HR from the School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya, Mangalore, from 1994 to 1996. Additionally, they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree focusing on Laws at Karnataka State Law University.
