Charlotte Nelmes-Vincent

Charlotte Nelmes-Vincent has held a variety of roles in the human resources field since 2006. Charlotte began their career at Venus Office Staffing as a Recruitment Consultant and Branch Administrator. In 2009, they moved to CapQuest Debt Recovery Ltd as an HR Administrator. In 2014, they joined Microgen as an HR Manager and HR Advisor. Since 2018, they have been with Purcell, where they have held the roles of Head of People, Associate Partner - Head of People, and Head of People - Associate.

Charlotte Nelmes-Vincent has a background in Human Resource Management. Charlotte studied at Farnborough College of Technology from 2010 to 2011, where they earned a CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in Human Resource Practice. Charlotte continued their studies at Farnborough College of Technology from 2011 to 2012, where they earned a CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in Human Resource Management.
