Naomi Barton

Naomi Barton is a Partner and Head of the People & Culture Practice at Redgrave, where a strong focus on inclusive and digitally minded leadership drives global business transformation. Prior to this role, Naomi served as a Partner in the Global People & Culture Practice at Savannah Group and previously held various positions, including Associate Partner and Principal within the Global HR Practice. Earlier experience includes Senior Manager, Managing Consultant, and Executive HR Consultant roles at Oakleaf Partnership Limited and Penna, as well as Senior HR Consultant at Carr Lyons. Naomi began their career as a Search Consultant at Piper Pritchard Associates and held a Senior Consultant role at Oakleaf Partnership. Education was completed at Monkton Coombe School.
