Nicola Hewes

Nicola is the regional partner for the West UK. She is a chartered architect with over 25 years of experience in business leadership and managing teams on complex projects in the healthcare, science, education, and corporate markets.

With strong organizational and people management skills, combined with a deep understanding of the construction process, she prepares and implements innovative strategies whilst continually delivering projects successfully and efficiently within constrained timescales.

Nicola is a positive role model for women architects aspiring to lead within the industry. She also enjoys mentoring, sharing her skills and knowledge with colleagues, as well as participating in career events in local Oxford schools.
