Richard Henson is an experienced operations and project management professional with a strong background in the architecture and construction sectors. Currently serving as Operations Partner at Purcell since May 2016, Richard focuses on enhancing business management and operational efficiency within the firm, which employs over 230 staff across 13 UK studios. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Operations Director at Capita, where responsibilities included overseeing the operational activities of a Business Unit and driving strategic growth.
