In addition, Marco has been the President of Operations and Business Owner at Lone Star Landscapes & Lawns, LLC since May 2021, focusing on marketing and sales strategies within the Permian Basin. Prior roles include Vice President of Operations at New Horizons Landscape Management and Business Development Director at A&A Landscape and Maintenance of TX, LLC, where responsibilities included monitoring competition and developing marketing plans. With a solid foundation in human resources from a lengthy career in the United States Air Force, culminating as a Regional Human Resources Coordinator, Marco holds an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management and a Project Manager Certificate from the University of Utah.
