Jaromir Mikl

Jaromir Mikl, PhD, MSPH has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jaromir has held various roles in multiple companies and organizations. Jaromir'smost recent position was with Purdue Pharma L.P., where they served as the Director of Medical Affairs Strategic Research starting in October 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Shire as the Director of Global Health Economics, Outcomes Research and Epidemiology from July 2014 to September 2017. From 2000 to 2014, they worked at Boehringer-Ingelheim.com. Jaromir started their career as an Epidemiologist and Director of NYS AIDS Registry at the New York State Dept. of Health in 1984 and worked there until 1999. Jaromir also served as a Fulbright Scholar at the Fulbright Commission in 1999. Additionally, they have worked as an HEOR and Epidemiology Consultant at Humana from 1998 to 2000 and as an Epidemiologist International Consultant at SUNY (FOGARTY) RESEARCH FOUNDATION from 1994 to 1999.

Jaromir Mikl, PhD, MSPH has a PhD in Epidemiology from the University at Albany, SUNY. Jaromir also holds a BS in Biology/Chemistry from UMass Boston and an MSPH in Epidemiology/Biostatistics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
