Juan Diego Alonso

Juan Diego Alonso has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Juan Diego currently holds the position of Director, Ethics & Compliance at Purdue Pharma L.P. since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Intercept Pharmaceuticals as the Director of Compliance from February 2020 to December 2021. Before that, they had a significant tenure at Pfizer, starting as a Senior Finance Auditor from May 2014 to December 2016, and later transitioning to become a Senior Compliance Auditor from January 2017 to February 2020. Additionally, Juan Diego Alonso has entrepreneurial experience as the Founder & CFO of Zymtronix from October 2012 to May 2017. Juan Diego began their professional journey as a Business Fellow at The Ronnie K. Irani Center for the Creation of Economic Wealth (I-CCEW) from August 2008 to August 2011.

Juan Diego Alonso completed their Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Oklahoma in 2009. Juan Diego then pursued further education, earning both a Doctor of Law (J.D.) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cornell Law School and Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, respectively, between 2011 and 2014.
