Lynn Kusinski

Lynn Kusinski has a strong background in benefits administration and human resources services. Lynn has worked at Purdue Pharma L.P. since 1991, starting as an Assistant Director of Benefits Administration before moving on to become the Assistant Director of Human Resources Services. In these roles, they managed and developed teams, designed and administered employee benefits, and implemented technology solutions to enhance efficiency. In their most recent role as the Director of Benefits and HRIS, they oversee benefits and HRIS functions. Prior to their time at Purdue Pharma, Lynn worked at The Purdue Frederick Company as a Senior Payroll Analyst, where they processed payroll and maintained attendance records, receiving recognition for reducing timekeeping and payroll errors.

Lynn Kusinski earned a BBA in Human Resources from Western Connecticut State University from 1984 to 1988. Lynn then went on to obtain an MBA in Human Resources from Boston University from 2008 to 2012.
