Todor Cooklev

Todor Cooklev is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in wireless communication and applied research. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Governors at the IEEE Standards Association since December 2020, Todor has held significant roles at Purdue University Fort Wayne, including Director of the Wireless Tech Center and Harris Professor of Wireless Communication and Applied Research since June 2008. Previously, Todor was CEO of Adaptive RF from June 2015 to December 2018 and served as a Senior Consultant at Datamars SA and Hitachi America Ltd. Todor's early career included faculty positions at San Francisco State University and technical roles at Aware, Inc. and 3Com, alongside a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Tokyo Institute of Technology.
