Ayron Milgrom

Ayron Milgrom is an experienced professional in the field of engineering and management. Currently serving as a Reliability Engineering Manager at Amazon since June 2023, Ayron also holds the position of Area Maintenance Manager and has previously been an Ecommerce Business Owner within the company. In addition, Ayron is involved with the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers in mentorship and professional development roles since August 2022, and works as a Consultant and Project Manager with PurdueTHINK Consulting since January 2023. Ayron has contributed to professional development efforts at IISE Purdue from August 2021 to May 2023 and has experience as a Food Expeditor at The Counter®. As a Freelance Drone Photographer, Ayron has taken on projects from January 2017 to August 2019 and served as Vice President of the Wolfpack Student Organization, supporting students with mental challenges. Ayron is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, expected to graduate in May 2024.
