Peter Blanchet has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as a Manager at R.C. Purdy's Chocolates since November 2007, where responsibilities include opening and overseeing store operations. Prior to this role, Peter was a professional opera singer with a career spanning from 1980 to 2005. Peter holds a Bachelor of Music Honours degree from Queen's University and received education at Silver Thorn CI.
