Victor Casale

Victor Casale has a long history of work experience in the beauty industry. In 2021, they became the Co-founder of Pact Collective. From 2019 to present, they have been the Co-founder and CEO of MOB Beauty, Co-founder and Chairman of Pure Culture Beauty, and Co-founder and Chief Innovation Officer of Cover FX Skincare Inc. In 1999, they founded and became President of Interact Management Inc., where they made early stage angel investments in Cover FX Skin Care Inc., Givex Corp., and EK3 Technologies Inc. Finally, from 1984 to 1999, they were the Chief Chemist, Managing Director of R&D, QA, Mfg. and Dist. Operations for MAC Cosmetics.

Victor Casale's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Ivey Business School at Western University, which they obtained between 1999 and 2001. Victor also holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Toronto, which they obtained between 1984 and 1988. In 2009 and 2010, they attended McMaster University to obtain a C.Dir. in Chartered Director. Victor attended Harvard Business School in 1998 to complete the Program for Management Development (PMD). In 1999, they attended INSEAD to complete the International Executive Program (IEP).
