Jim Mccarthy

Jim McCarthy is an experienced professional in the engineering and construction sectors, currently serving as Chief Delivery Officer at Pure Data Centres Group since November 2023. Prior to this role, McCarthy was Head of Data Centres - Europe at Turner & Townsend from September 2021 to November 2023. From November 2011 to February 2021, McCarthy held the position of Managing Director and previously Director of Engineering Services at ISG plc, a leading UK construction company with a significant global presence. McCarthy also served as a Director at ME Engineers from May 2007 to November 2011, where key projects included the redevelopment of the Millennium Dome into the O2 Arena and the design of the London 2012 Olympic Stadium. Earlier in the career, McCarthy was a Director at hurleypalmerflatt from May 2002 to May 2007, contributing to a global multidisciplinary engineering design practice.
