Pure Earth
Marife Dapito possesses extensive experience in environmental programs and research. Currently serving as a Program Officer at Pure Earth since May 2013, Marife previously held the position of Research Assistant at Blacksmith Institute from April 2009 to May 2011. Marife's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology with a focus on Social Technology from the University of the Philippines, complemented by studies in Environmental Science at Holy Child Jesus College and the University of the Philippines Los Baños.

Pure Earth is a nonprofit organization that collaborates with governments, communities, and business leaders to identify and implement solutions that reduce toxic exposure, protect health, and restore the environment. It prioritizes actions to protect children's and pregnant women's developing brains and bodies in toxic hotspots. It worksto break the multigenerational poisoning cycle that is prevalent in many low and middle-income countries.
