Adam Townsend McIps

Adam Townsend MCIPS has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Adam is currently serving as the Head of Procurement & Supply Chain at Pure Electric, where they lead the procurement, supply chain, and program functions. Prior to this, Adam worked as the Head of Procurement at Hitachi Capital, managing all direct and indirect spend in the business. Adam also held the position of Procurement Manager - EV Automotive Indirect at Dyson, where they contributed to the company's procurement strategies. Adam's earlier experience includes roles such as Senior Buyer and Buyer at Jaguar Land Rover, Logistics Purchasing Lead at Mulberry England, and Graduate Manager at Asda. Adam also gained valuable internship experience at British Council and Chevron. Adam holds a membership in CIPS and is continuously studying through Warwick University to enhance their professional skills.

Adam Townsend MCIPS attended Wells Cathedral School from 1993-2003, where they studied Economics, History, Geography, and Politics. Adam then went on to Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2004-2007, where they pursued a degree in Politics & Economics, specializing in International Relations and Affairs.
