Peyman Shahmirzadi is a seasoned professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in startup acceleration, investment, and technology operations. Currently serving as Co-founder and COO at Peachscore, Peyman leads a data-driven accelerator program that supports early-stage companies globally. In addition to roles as Angel Investor and Strategic Advisor for various firms such as Pure Energy Stream, Inc. and DuploCloud Inc., Peyman holds the position of Managing Partner and COO at Human Capital Ventures Corp., focusing on strategic initiatives and partnerships. Prior experience includes senior leadership roles at eSilicon, where Peyman managed operations and program management, and earlier positions in fiber optic design and operations at multiple startups. Peyman holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from California State University-Sacramento and has contributed as a part-time faculty member in the same institution.
