Alisa Lanzalaco

Alisa Lanzalaco is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Sr. Manager of HR Operations at Pure Fishing since June 2023. Prior to this role, Alisa worked as an HCM Implementation Consultant for HRchitect from March to June 2023. Alisa has substantial experience in HR information systems, having held the position of Manager, HRIS at Kaman Corporation from January 2022 to March 2023, and HRIS Manager at Nixon Peabody LLP from February 2020 to January 2022. Alisa's career began at Xerox, where Alisa spent nearly three decades as a Systems Analyst and Program Manager. Alisa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
