Natalie Gleeson

Natalie Gleeson currently serves as the Vice President of Human Capital at Pure Harvest Smart Farms, a position held since February 2024. Previously, Natalie was an Official Member of the Forbes Human Resources Council from March 2022 to March 2024 and Head of Human Resources at Liwa Trading Enterprises LLC from June 2016 to January 2024. At Liwa, the focus was on managing a diverse retail portfolio of 20 international brands across 250 stores in the GCC region. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources at Bateel International, HR Director for the MEA & CIS at Tiffany & Company, and Human Resources Manager positions at Dubai Refreshment P.J.S.C., Motivate Publishing, and UPS. Natalie's education includes a Master's degree in the Psychology of Work from the University of Leicester, completed between 2003 and 2006.
