David Owen

David Owen, CFA, currently serves as President and Chief Operating Officer at Pure Industrial, a position held since May 2016, following various roles including Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Asset Management, and Asset Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes positions at Strathallen Capital as an Associate in Investments and Real Estate Analyst, and at Canadian Mortgage Capital Corporation as an Analyst. David began their career with earlier roles at Brockport Home Systems Ltd. as an Analyst, as well as summer internships at Wealhouse Capital Management and GMP Securities. David earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Toronto from 2006 to 2011.
